    How to stop notification pop-ups for a person no longer on your friends list? What am I missing


    Hello,

    What am I missing here? How do I stop the pop-up notifications from a person that's no longer on my friends list? I've removed the friend from my friends list. I blocked & muted the person via their profile and made sure I was not following this person.
    Nevertheless, whenever the person comes online, I get a pop-up on screen telling me so. Obviously, I'm overlooking something but for the life of me, I can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, Newsman77,

    With the issue your having you may still have the user as a favourite, so this led to pop ups when he/she is online, if you remove the user as a favourite from your list, you should no longer get Notifications when he/she is online.

    Everything sounds like its done right. I wouldnadd them as a friend then remove and block. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

    you might still be following them? also try reseting your system and logging in and out to refresh everything

    I would turn off pop-up notifications sign out sign back in, turn them back on see if it still happens?
