How to stop my controller turning off when watching something with headset

I can sit and watch an hour long YouTube video and it will never turn off but any streaming app IE netflix, BBC iPlayer, prime video my controller will turn off every 15 mins or so, it was never like this up until the last few years, also how do I stop the stuttering/audio delay again this was never a thing until very recently and some days or makes it next to impossible to watch anything.

note, it is something wrong with the controller as when i turn it off and use my keyboard, it stops

The buzzing stop but now when I mute my headset people can still hear me because my Laptop Mic is on and I don't know how to turn it off with out muting my Headset mic

It's when i want to shut my console self down, it keeps blinking than when it official must be off, the controller stays on. the blinking stops between 5 and 15 minutes, than the console is fully shutdown.

The console starts normal when i turn it on again.

The console doesnt turn itself off when im on dashboard, playing games or watching youtube or disney+
It started all after i updated yesterday the firmware of my microsoft xbox wireless headset.

I had a problem with mine as well. My bundled headset wouldn't work and after plugging in and unplugging it a couple times, my controller completely stopped working. I turned everything off, then unplugged the power for the console to make sure it was completely
shut down. Then when turning it back on, the controller worked again.
