How to stop graphics flickering

This procedure can help resolve this issue, also check that the console has all updates up to date and that all cables are connected correctly

I saw that you did some procedures and it didn't solve try to clear the cache, in some cases it can solve the problem: Press the Xbox button on the controller.
Go to your profile icon and select “Settings”.
Select "Devices and Connections", then "Blu-ray".
Select "Persistent Storage".
Select "Clear Persistent Storage". (Note) Clearing the cache removes all game updates already downloaded. You will need to download these updates again the next time you play the game.

Unfortunately, with any consumer electronics product there will be a small percentage that fail in the first year, so you just got unlucky. Hopefully you will have much better luck with the replacement.

If you're able to take the console back to the retailer and do a direct swap for a new one, that would be best, otherwise start the repair process online so you can return it to MS.

If the issue appears in clips then it's likely to be a hardware issue unfortunately.

I would try a different screen and HDMI cable if you can, but I doubt it will make a difference. I think you will likely have to get the console replaced/service, but it will be under warranty at least.

So, the flickering I was having with my TV was due to a bad HDMI cable. Swapped it out and the flickering stopped. Xbox still thinks the TV can support HDR but that it's not turned on, but I still can't select that menu option. Oh well, at least the flickering
stopped!
