    How to start NHL 16 on Xbox One


    Hello!

    I can't start NHL 16 on my Xbox One. The game was bought on a DVD 1 year ago. I played it sometimes. I have also bought 1 month EA-access subscription about month ago, and now I can't even start the game - i get a message like I need to refresh one of my
    subscribes like XBox Gold or EA Access. And error code 0x803f800b.

    The EA subscription is cancelled on my web page at Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support.

    So the question is - how to play NHL 16 in a single player mode, as i did at 1 year ago?

    What's your next Purchase?

    This years madden and I think thats about it until fallout I think (for the Xbox One). Rest is on PS4 (NHL 16, SW battlefront, etc).

    How to start NHL 16 on Xbox One

    Is the disc inserted in your Xbox One console? Let's start with an
    Uninstall and reinstall     to see if that helps eliminate the issue! When you're ready to reinstall, simply insert the disc back in your Xbox One console and let us know if any additional errors pop-up!

    Since the game has been removed from the vault, then the game will also be delisted from the store due to licenses for the game not being renewed. Your only option is to find a disc copy of the game. You will still be able to play it, just have to insert
    the disc to be able to.
