How to start a rented download movie?

The rented the movie Stalingrad earlier today. It has downloaded, but there is no option to play the movie. When I click (A) on the Stalingrad image on My Movies page I am sent back to the Stalingrad page with the option to Download or Purchase the movie.
Is there a real solution to this problem or should I just get a refund as others have done?

I have been very patient and have followed the instruction given to another user with the same problem.

Client being used: Xbox 360 (the new model)

Movie/TV or Artist Title: Stalingrad (2013)

Expires in: 13 days 18 hrs (from the time of this post)

SD or HD: SD

Stream or Download: Download

Purchase or Rent: Rent

Can't download rental movie

Hi

Saturday evening I've rented a movie (I selected stream HD) on my Surface, but I have now only the option to download the movie (which would not be a Problem itself). But the download does not work. The download does not start and directly tells me something
like: Some things could not be downloaded (0xc101a005)

(The original message is in german...)

Due that the movie did not worked, I've rented a different one which worked fine. I've tried to download the first movie several times, but is not working since then...

cannot download video rented from XBox video

I have rented some videos from X Box video. It asks if you want to watch online or download to watch later (i,e, on a plane). I choose this option and it starts the download. It immediately stops with an error that states "Can't download (no rights)"

Microsoft charges for the rental, but cannot download.

Any suggestions

I have the 250 GB memory with 169 GB Free.

G'day Matlock! Are you still unable to watch your rented content? Please try again if you haven't since you last posted. If it prompts you to download/purchase again, then the best course of action will be to discuss a refund with our phone/chat team.

I was able to watch 57% of the movie before it stopped. I expected to finish watching it after the completed download but it never completed the download and of course the time limit ran out because once you start watching the movie you have a limited time
to do so, not the 13 days before starting the movie.

I will not be paying for downloaded or streaming movies through Xbox Video in the future.

If you're planning on renting movies through Xbox Video, here is the explanation from the Xbox Support FAQ on how movie rentals work:

When you rent a movie through Xbox Video, it's available to you for 14 days. This 14-day countdown starts when you make the purchase. When you start playing the movie, another clock starts ticking: you have a 24-hour period of time during which you can watch
the movie as many times as you want.

Let's say you rent a movie at 3:00 P.M. on May 1. If you start watching the movie at 8:00 P.M. on May 5, your rental period expires at 8:00 P.M. on May 6.

Note Unlike a movie that you buy, a movie that you rent must be viewed on the device it was rented for (Xbox 360, computer, Windows Phone 7.
