    I cant watch those live action movies. Its a huge issue for me. Even when I try to watch them from timeline it shows the same error.

    The issue is almost certainly with streaming them. Rights holders can request that their material not be allowed to be streamed. This is their legal right, and there is nothing that can be done about that.

    Playing the game locally should solve the problem

    When QB came out many people only had 500GB hard drives, and so the movies were separated out so that you didn't have to download them
