    How to solve error code 8015000A need help please


    I tried to purchase Xbox live Gold membership and I received an error message that states the license is missing earned corrupted or does not belong to the current gamertag check your download history and account settings to ensure this title belongs to you you also can read download the title from download history

    I do not see the option for me to see my license however this license has been with this console since I first registered it online I have however transferred it to friends consoles I think two times prior can someone please assist me with figuring out how to fix this problem thank you
