The only thing from that video that works is creating a desktop icon but that doesn't solve the issue of me getting the same error code when I try to download a new game on gamepass.

Ok, I created another account, set the services to automatic and restarted the PC. The problem hasn't been solved. Any other ideas?

And if you have an antivirus or firewall please turn off all the protections temporarily (or if you don't mind, delete the program temporarily)
