How to share game pass ultimate on same console

I have xbox series s.

I have an account with game pass ultimate

I have created a second account on the same console.

For some reason the game pass ultimate is not shared between the accounts.

I am not able to play online in the second account.

Both accounts are on the same console.

Is it possible to share the game pass ultimate between two accounts on same xbox?

I do see the games on the console from both account, but the online is not working.

Example: trying to play fifa 23 online on account b but I am not able to create the EA account as a result that I don't have the live gold(live gold is part of the ultimate).

The main account is set as the home account.

I am able to play the game pass games, so it is being shared.
