How to share a puzzle created in Microsoft Jigsaw with a friend

In order to export a puzzle that you've created in Microsoft Jigsaw, you have to follow these steps:

Launch Microsoft Jigsaw
Select "Classic Jigsaw"
Scroll to the right of the window until you see "My Custom Puzzles"
Right click the puzzle that you would like to share

At the bottom of the page, you will see the "Export" option. Select it

Once you've selected "Export" a window will appear prompting you to save the file to a location of your choosing. Once the file is saved, it has been officially exported!

Now you have to share the file and there are many ways to perform this however, I'm going to provide the two options that I recommend:

Option A: Seeing as how the file is pretty small, you can email the file by uploading it as an attachment and sending the email. Your friend will then be able to download the attached file from your email.

Option B: You can upload the file to OneDrive and share it with your friend. Below I have provided two links detailing the basics of OneDrive and how to share files through OneDrive:

Once received, your friend will be able to open the file and it should open up Microsoft Jigsaw automatically, adding the puzzle to their "My Custom Puzzles" library.

I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

I see this was never answered but I have the same question. How do you get extra Jigsaw Jam puzzles for Microsoft Jigsaw?

You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?
