How to setup sensors

Hi, my xbox elite 2 Controller has a high stickdrift on the left joystick.

I tried to switch the sensors on the joystick-module and cleaned everything.

After that, when I go upwarts, it goes all the way up and stays like this. I wonder if I am able to calibrate these sensors somehow.

I tried to callibrate them under Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers\Controller\Game Controller Settings\Controller (XBOX One for Windows)\Properties\Settings\calibrate but it doesnt do anything. I dont know, what to do. I will send a screenshot to see, how it reacts (I am pushing it barely downwards). I hope someone knows, how to fix this problem and can help. I would appreciate it.

Hello Linus, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the controller.

It sounds like you've tried to do some self repair on the controller when you're mentioning switching the sensors on the module. I'm afraid that this means that no one would be able to help with getting the controller back up and running for you.

My best suggestion here would be to contact your local gaming store and see if they offer a repair service.

The volume controls are controlled via the IR sensor on the console, so if you have an Xbox One S or X make sure that nothing is blocking the sensor (it's the oval piece of plastic on the front of the console) between it and the sensor on the TV. You can
also use an IR cable that you can plug in from behind the console to point directly to the sensor of the TV.

If you have an original Xbox One, you'll need a Kinect sensor to use this feature. Make sure your Kinect is setup and operational.
