At the moment dts sound unbound is currently being tested by Windows Insiders. When the app is approved for release, it will probably be released on both platforms. There is no date yet on when that will be though.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. Here are some steps you could take to fix this problem:

Restart your console: Press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely. Then, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds before plugging it back in.

Reinstall the DTS Sound Unbound app: Go to My Games & Apps, select DTS Sound Unbound, press the Menu button on your controller, and select Uninstall. Then go to the Store and search for DTS Sound Unbound to reinstall the app

Check your Internet connection: Make sure your Xbox is properly connected to the Internet. You can test your connection through the network settings option on your Xbox
