It is a pleasure to talk to you and try to help you in any way possible, for my part I will do everything in my power to resolve any questions/problems you may have.

I understand that configuring port forwarding on your router, to do this you need to access the router settings through its IP address.

Then look for the Port Forwarding section, and you must follow all the instructions that the page indicates. Of course, it depends on each brand of router, and it is different, so I recommend following the instructions in your router's manual, it is a quite tedious process.

If your router was provided by your Internet service provider you should call them, if you're using another one, you would need to call that manufacturer. They're all different

How do I set up port forwarding on my Xbox? I've been getting DNS errors when trying to connect to Live, so my only other option is to set up port forwarding. Do I set up a new IP address for my Xbox first and then go to my router's website to enable port
forwarding?
