    Previously I had set up the Teredo client port to 3074 (manually), now I can't remember the process

    The ability to change that port is in the advanced network settings of your Xbox One.

    EDIT: I just realized you're on Windows. My bad.

    try this open the windows command as administrator and type: netsh interface teredo set state client teredo.remlab.net this ist a puclic german teredo server thats worked für me
    sadly, not successfully

    NAT Special Behaviour: UPNP: no, PortPerserving: Yes
