How to set already exist game in my ssd on the Microsoft Games Store?

If you have it installed from another store you will need to install it again to use the Windows Store version

apparently the game will download normally, but I don't know how to change the folder the game will download, it is trying to download to my SSD but it has no space, can you tell me how I can change the location where the game will be downloaded?

Interesting. I have the game and all it's DLC installed on an external hard drive with no issues. The only difference I can see is that you're using an SSD hard drive where I use a plain old WD Elements.

I'm wondering if it's something to do with the nature of how SSD drives store data compared to none SSD drives.

Do you have the external drive set as the default location for all downloads/installs in the storage settings on the Xbox ?

If you've already set up and downloaded games to that external SSD in your laptop
You can only use the games downloaded from there

Because the games are attached to the "laptop ID" and the Xbox app only recognizes the games that matches with that "ID"

If maybe you want to use the external SSD with your PC and laptop you need to create a new NTFS partition and re-download the games that you want to play on PC there
