That status code is consistent with your storage device not being able to store the data. I would try formatting the hard drive (be aware you will lose all info on the hard drive) and seeing if you can download it afterwards. We honestly will not know

If it works, it sounds like your hard drive just needed to be formatted. If it doesn't work, try downloading your account to a flash drive. If that works, it would point to your hard drive has failed and you would need a new one.

If the hard drive seems to be causing the issue, data on the hard drive may be corrupt. To resolve this, you can format the hard drive and attempt to save content to it again, and see if it affects updates. To format a hard drive, check out this article:
