How to save Chess Titans game

To save your game, click Exit, and you'll be prompted with an option to save. The next time you launch the game, you'll be asked if you want to continue from your saved progress.

If you're unable to save, try switching to a local profile.

Please press and hold the Windows key, then press R

Type netplwiz in the box, then click OK

Select Add

Select Sign in without a Microsoft account

Select Local account

Enter a username, password, and password hint

Click Next

Click Finish

Once done, please press the Windows Key + L then sign in using the local account.

Greetings, Base! To answer your question, Chess Titans is currently unavailable for Windows 7 Home Basic. It will, however come built-in with the versions of Windows featured on the right hand side of this page:windows.microsoft.com/.../Chess-Titans-how-to-play.
The good news is that if you have the opportunity to upgrade, you'll have automatic access to Chess Titans! Hope this helps.

This bug should be reported to the game support for investigation and correction, however, I couldn't find a support page for the game. The developing company was acquired by iWin in 2013 and I couldn't see a support page for the later company. Apologies for the inconvenience.
