How to run exes with graphical support

You don't need any kind of third party utility. Executable files run by themselves

Having exactly the same issue got min spec CPU but above spec everything else, game starts but nothing happens but the .exe is running in the task manager like the game is running but still no joy, updated to latest windows feature update 1909, exceptions
in firewall & router also disabled to no avail.

Left the .exe running whilst I was doing other stuff about 10mins and now screen has just switched off mid typing & completely locked up my computer it's like the game went to start and lost the graphics card my TV has the channel at the top like it's not
getting a signal now PC still on but no graphical interface had to reset PC

This was launched from xbox PC app after restart tried to launch from Rage.exe in start apps but exactly same outcome game kills graphics card after leaving .exe running

Created a dump file if needed

After talking to HP support, I was able to resolve the issue by downloading new BIOS and graphics driver

Wonder how long it will be before someone does this mod for Deus Ex actually.

FH202 means that Forza finds a graphics card with less than 2GB of VRAM.

For whatever reason, Forza seems to ignore your R9 M385X graphics card, and tries to run Forza on the CPU's internal graphics, the Radeon R7 Graphics with only 1GB of VRAM.

Can you try if you're able to disable the CPU internal GPU in the PC's BIOS Settings?

If that's not possible, and you have the latest Catalyst Driver installed, you could try to force the Catalyst driver to use the external graphics card by following these steps:

Open the Catalyst Control Center

Select the "Power" settings on the left, and select "Switchable Application Graphics Settings".

There is a list of applications, that the Catalyst Center already recognizes as a grpahics intensive app. If Forza isn't in this list, click to "Add Application".

Find the Exe of your Forza game (you should find it by right clicking the Forza icon, and then in the "Properties" you should be able to find th path to the Exe.

Provide that Executable to the Catalyst Center to force Forza to run on the external graphics card instead of the internal.
