    Today when i opend nyclear throne it sayd syncing save data and when it was done none of my charcters were there exept the starting 2, i have the achivments to prove ive unlocked all the main charcters and have no idea of what to do now.

    How to revert save data

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    This may mean that the saved data may have been overridden which causes the issue. This usually happens if we choose the wrong saved data or cancel the synchronization along the process.

    For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

    Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If you DC it reverts, or if everything resets then your PROFILE SAVED DATA is corrupt.

    Saved data corrupted, do not load the game. How not to lose progress when this happens. XONE

    Unfortunately when the save data becomes corrupted there is not much you can do but revert to a previous save. This is why it is wise to save often.

    Yes. Seems I’m screwed. Would like to know how it happened to revert so far back in Cloud saved games. I save all the time and shutdown the Xbox every day.. could understand losing one day, not 8 days. Only answer seems to be reverting to my playing the Cloud game version, them switching to the new XBoxX. Guess clearing local saved data may destroy data on the Cloud. Never happened in many years on Xbox. I already saw info on your link. Thanks anyway.
