    How to return a game?


    I just purchased Microsoft Flight Simulator today but can not get it to work. I have tried absolutely everything and nothing has solved the issue at all. I would like to know if I can return the game or did I just get scammed out of $60?

    Edit - I went to my order history and clicked "Refund Information" which took me to the Xbox website which will not load. The Xbox logo sits there spinning round and round forever. I even tried using a different browser and refreshing multiple times with no luck. At this point all this seems like one of those awful tech support scams
