How to retry/reconsider a refund after denied

I am so sorry to hear that your refund request was denied, and I understand how you feel right now as I am a gamer myself. What I would highly suggest is to submit an appeal to the Refund Team so they can recheck your request and reconsider it since this is an unauthorized change on your account gamertag.

To submit an appeal, all you need to do is reply to the email you received from the Refund Team and provide a detailed information as to what happened for them to reconsider your request. After submitting your appeal, you will get an email within 72hours for the update.

As for your refund, you mentioned that your refund request was denied. In order to dispute the results, please reply to the refund results in your email and explain to them that the game is not working. Help them understand that your request should be granted to reconsider their decision.

After submitting your dispute, you will receive an update from the Refund Webform team via email within 72 hours.

Don't worry, I have experienced the same before and had my refund granted after disputing the results.

If you've already checked, including your spam/junk folder, and it's been more than 24 hours since your refund was denied, I recommend reapplying for the refund using this other link:

If your refund is denied again this time, you should receive an email informing you of the denial, as this is the only way they have to communicate this information when you request a refund through that method. When you receive the email, respond to it explaining the reasons why they should reconsider their decision.

I'm sorry to hear your refund has been denied, actually you can appeal the decision by replying to the email sent from the refund department.

Once you do it, they can reconsider the decision if the purchase is eligible.

I recently bought GTA ONLINE and I accidentally bought the wrong version and I checked it out for a sec and it wasn't where I could play with my friends. I tried to refund and it said "refunds aren't available for digital purchases that have been played or used." How can I test out a game and if I don't like it, I still can't refund? Please let me refund GTA and buy the 29 dollar version.

Youd have to reply to the email that said your refund was denied to get them to reconsider.
