How to retrieve hacked MC & Microsoft account?

Hi,

I recently couldn't log in into my Microsoft account. I can't Sing in/Sync "Profile" on Edge.
I can't log in on PC Windows Microsoft.
At this point I'm unsure what is going on, I think I got hacked on both Minecraft and Microsoft.
I did change my password few weeks back,
I can log in on Firefox browser, I can log in on Edge browser,
BUT it doesn't work and says error OR wrong password, prompting me to send a code to a random gmail
if i were to log in on PC Windows Microsoft.

Once the Microsoft account is deleted, it will not be possible to recover your Minecraft account.

However, if you can still see your Minecraft account being used by the hacker, it means your Microsoft account is still not yet deleted.

If profile is not linked to account, it is lost with xbox. for an account with e-mail, simply retrieve the account with the account recovery form:

@Smwutches alas, that doesn't really answer my question unfortunately. if it's possible for a hacker to somehow, with Microsoft's belssing, move an account to russia with no auth from the account holder, how is it so hard/impossible for someone to move their
own account when they have entirely legitimate reasons (The least of which can be to retrieve a hacked account)
