If your account was stolen, it is possible that the person who did it may have removed your email address as the account's primary alias and replaced it with their own. The action of deleting an alias is immediate and permanent, with no possibility of recovery. If you have other email addresses configured as aliases, it is recommended that you test them to see if you are at least prompted for a password. If it does then the only way to recover the account would be to use the Microsoft account recovery form which is the only way to recover an email account and if that fails after repeated attempts (up to 2 times a day) , then unfortunately it means that the account would be effectively lost. There is no way to recover an account any other way.

Civics thanks I know the email for this current account, but I don't know it for the one in Canada which is on my Xbox... Is there anyway I can get the info of that account sent to me on this account?

If you can access the account on Xbox.com, then you can find your Email Address. Here's how:

• Whilst on Xbox.com, look on the top right hand corner of your screen.
  
• Under your messages, Gamerscore, and Gamertag, Select "My Account"
  
• When the Account page loads up, go to the bottom right hand corner under "Settings and Preferences. and select "Contact Preferences"
  
• From there, you can view your current Windows LIVE ID attached to your Xbox LIVE Account.
