how to restart Smite account?

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, there is no way that I know of to restart your smite account. Smite is an online only game, so they keep record of your save data as well. That is the reason deleting your saved data didn't work
for you.

You can try
contacting the developers to see if they have a way of wiping your account. Otherwise, you are going to want to create a second gamertag for smite.

Usually bundles are considered like a download like with smite so it should be usable on other accounts

Smite is probably one of the most played MOBAs on XBOX so if you enjoy League of Legends you may enjoy Smite. Smite also has a professional league that is broadcasted on Mixer if you're interested in eSports.

I spend a lot of time playing Smite. I LOVED LOL, and spent years with it, but I spend hours of every day I have free on Smite. I've met good friends with Smite, so I'm thankful.
