    I just want to confirm, you mentioned that the power button is broken but how do you turn your console on? By the use of your controller?

    In order for us to bring up the startup troubleshooter, we are required to press the power button. If it's really broken, you need to send your console for a repair. Check your repair options here https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/...

    The power button is not broken, my Xbox controller doesn't turn it on, but the cords look fine. Holding the power button does nothing, and holding sync and power button does nothing.
