    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

    Davis, it could be your actual account itself that is having these problems. Can you access other app's that aren't video related ? If you cannon't access any application's you will then have to set up another account. However have you tried using another
