How to resolve items still showing after refund

I have looked at the refund status page, it only says requested approved for both the items but nothing more, usually in order history it will say refunded and show a process bar but still hasn't. I have tried to talk to a agent but everytime it just leads me to the same pages and I never get to talk to any agent. I used my card, refunds usually don't do this or take this long, I did one prior to this and refunded as normally, yeah I saw the delay but it was a few days after I refunded.

You can refund on an item that is after 14 days by using https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/requestrefund. The refund is still decided by the refund team
though. You can't just automatically get it back, you have to do things first.

But what's being done about this? Where do we get a refund for having the game we paid for taken away? Just saying it is removed doesn't solve anyone's problem or resolve the question. The only solutions are access to the purchased item or a refund.
Which one is being offered and how do we get it?

I wanted to give an update on my issue.

It still hasent been resolved. Still havent got a order confirmation or refund and nor does it show in my order history.

The bank also confirmed the payment has been succesful.

After trying many attempts to contact xbox support to ask them for information or help or refund. they just ignore my request or send me in circles and just do nothing to help me. Even though i paid for the item.

So i would like to try one last time with this forum. if it is possible for a xbox representative or employee of xbox directly to look at my problem at this forum.

i would really appreciate the effort and time if you would look in to it. Because ive been waiting since thursday and its almost a week now without information/confirmation or any solution to resolve my problem.

can i use the items that i purchased? or is there a way for me to cancel the refund?

I personally wouldn't if those items were the ones being refunded. Eventually i think they will go away.

If the refund was already showing as "approved/accepted" then its already too late to cancel the refund.
