Please perform a reset of the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store as follows:

1. Press the Windows + I keys on your keyboard to open Windows Settings and click "Applications."

2. Find the application called "Xbox" and select it, then click on "Advanced Options" and then on "Reset" and confirm the process, do the same for the application called "Microsoft Store".

3. Restart your PC and check if the problem is fixed.

Likewise, it is important to make sure that your Windows is fully updated, including optional updates and your PC drivers.

Please check if your Pc is up-to-date:

Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates.

Launch the Microsoft Store app and click on "Get updates" to ensure that all MS Store apps are updated as well.

Go to Windows > Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > search for the Xbox app on the list > click on Advanced options > scroll down and click on the "Repair" option. If that didn't work, you may select "Reset" instead.

I get error code 0x80190193 when trying to install backwards compatible 360 disks on my xbox one

I reset my router, manually restarted my console and even hit a factory reset and I’m still having this issue.
