How to reset your elite controller

I've been having really awful problems with the back paddles not responding with the right buttons set,I checked everything on the profiles,any way I can reset the controller

I did this, but when i went back in both the left and right bumper are responding as left and right trigger. I have no waybto set the bumpers back to bumpers .... like

I dont have a pc but I'm gonna try to delete all configarations and reset to the original configuration
