    Hi Lacy!

    Here's how:
    Press the Guide button on your controller.
    Go to Settings and select System Settings.
    Select Network Settings.
    Choose your connected network.
    Select Test Xbox Live Connection.
    After the test has finished, select Configure Network.
    On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults.

    If you're getting the same issue after performing the steps, try to connect using a different network connection like your mobile data hotspot to isolate the issue.
