    How to reset my password without recovery form


    I need to reset my password, I’ve been trying for months now to resolve this issue on my own but I can’t remember the sign in for my recovery email because I made that account solely for recovery but have gotten a new phone since then that didn’t carry over the sign in info for that email plus every recovery form I’ve submitted gets rejected for whatever reason. I’ve tried contacting support but I have to sign in to get help from a representative which I can’t do because I. Can’t. Remember. My. Password.

    How to reset my password without recovery form

    I just need to sign in so I can collect my Xbox rewards I’ve accrued quite a number of points over the years and can’t redeem any of them because of this issue.

    Unfortunately, without your account email, you will not be able to reset your password or fill out the recovery form. There is no other way.

    Or is the recovery form sending the password reset link to the hacker's email?

    That Microsoft Account recovery form is to change the e-mail since you cannot access the actual account to change the e-mail on the console, the password reset form is for resetting the password. You would need to go through the Microsoft Account recovery
    form using the link posted above.
