How to reset MAC addres?

So i have an xbox one s and i usually play fortnite on it i had like 20 to 30 ms but my friend told me to delete MAC addres, and i did it now i have 72ms so terrible to play on it what should i do??

My apologies then. If your ping is still high it may be an issue with the internet service. For that I would recommend getting in touch with them to see if there's anything they can suggest

Have you tried manually changing the port to a different one? Sometimes when I sign on my console has a Moderate connection on 3074 so what I do is manually change it to a different port, wait until it says what type of connection is there then go switch it back to automatic. After that I get an Open connection.
