    How to request refund for a game I bought as a gift


    Hi, community,

    I have just bought Minecraft Dungeons as a gift for my teenager and redeemed the code from her account (different than the one that purchased from). After three reinstalls and crash report every time we try to start the game (on Windows
    10 PC with Nvidia 610M and 8gm RAM) I am pretty sure I would like to turn it back and take a refund. From which account and how to initiate the procedure? Thank you for your time and tips.

    you wouldnt be able to run minecraft dungeons on that nvidia 610m, it is a very weak.

    min specs are as follows

    • CPU: Core i5 2.8GHz or equivalent.
    • OS: Windows 10, 8 or 7 (64-bit with the latest updates; some functionality not supported on Windows 7 and 8)
    • VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7870 or equivalent DX11 GPU.
    • FREE DISK SPACE: 6 GB.

    Thank you. I am now refunded and highly appreciate all the Xbox ambassadors assistance here. Will wait MD to stabilize before thinking about new purchase but we would definitely give it a try.

    You need to request the refund from where the gift code was bought, not where the code was redeemed, unfortunately.
