    Hello!

    Microsoft received a lot of data based on requests from people in which games they wanted, and which developers or publishers were interested in doing it. At this point it's likely either in the works to made BC eventually or it won't be (most likely due to
    the developer or publisher not being interested in it).

    Silly question, I really would love to play Project Gotham Racing on the One X. How would I request for PGR 3 or 4 to be added to the Back Compatible Catalogue?

    If it's not listed on the Xbox store then it's not possible to purchase it digitally. Not all 360 games are on the marketplace and some games are delisted after a while.

    If it's not listed on the Xbox store then it's not possible to purchase it digitally. Not all 360 games are on the marketplace and some games are delisted after a while.

    There really isnt a way to request games currently. Keep in mind though that it is also up to the game's developers/publishers to help make the game compatible, so it would be a good idea to reach out to them so they know people want it to be compatible.

    As far as I know there's no wait time for when you can refund it. If it doesn't give you the option on the billing site and you can't do it through the request form, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
