    How to request a Elite Series 2 replacement?


    Every time I enter the serial number, I get a message saying "login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect". It appears on every browser and on every device I have (even my iPhone). I just bought the controller from target a few days ago and it is faulty
    out of the box. Right stick gets stuck and drifts to the right, A button gets stuck too. I just want a working controller since I just spent $200 on a seemingly broken one.

    Happened to me too. A company as big as Microsoft and you can't even request service for a faulty device. Feels like a class-action lawsuit.

    Elite series 2 controller replacement

    Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.

    This did not work, I also noticed that if I shut off the XBOX One X it disconnects this controller and I have to reconnect it on startup. This does not happen with my other controllers just the Elite series 2 one.. I'll request a replacement

    Xbox elite controller 2

    Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

    Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.
