    How to report an old message from Xbox DMs


    Hi there,

    There's someone who I've had a major issue with and I'm trying to report stuff they sent to me (death threats, etc) but I can't seem to report their messages. Is there any way to report them still so Xbox can take a look?

    Yeah, I highly doubt they have anything that is actively watching ever DM, but they do have access to DMs if they need to investigate a report.

    It is very possible that he reported one of the other messages from when you were talking to him that violated the code of conduct. There is no statute of limitations on how old a message has to be. A message sent years ago if it gets reported and it violates
    the code of conduct can get you suspended

    this is happening to me too but I found a way to still message, if you go to the box that makes a new DM you can search the person you want to DM and you can dm them
