    how to renew my subscription for game pass?


    I am having a hard time buying/ renewing my subscription of game pass, everytime I click to pay it says I already have it which isn't the case.

    My microsoft account shows it will renew on april 2023 which obviously has passed. Please help me with this.

    To clarify, does the "Services and Subscriptions" page in your account show a past-due balance for your subscription? Have you already tried updating the payment method on this subscription?
