    How to remove the seemingly embedded spectrogram from the xbox game bar's 30 second...


    Hello,

    I am encountering an issue that happens when I bring the video captured from the xbox game bar's clip feature into a video editing software, all of the sudden, what seems to be a spectrogram shows up on the bottom portion of the captured video, as well as a 3rd of the video from the left portion shows up on the right end of the screen as shown below

    The video editing software I am using is DaVinci Resolve 18.1

    Things I've noticed,

    - When I use video that is not from xbox game bar, it shows up just fine.

    - When I play the video files not in the video editing software, and just the mp4 file, it plays just fine.

    I can't seem to find any options in the UI to get rid of this, would appreciate any help on this matter.

    Just to confirm, if you open the video using the video player included with windows (or any other video player)
    Are you able to see the same thing or is this happening only when you try to edit the video with this program?

    By the way, if you can try downloading a different video editor to see if something similar happens or not

    If you’re experiencing issues using Xbox Game Bar on your Windows device, make sure that you have the latest version of Windows and that all your Windows updates are complete. If you’re experiencing issues with your shortcuts not working, check for updates and ensure that you’re using the latest version of Xbox Game Bar.

    You can record up to 30 minutes with the Xbox game bar, but it will automatically turn off after that. However, some games may allow you to record longer clips, up to 5 minutes, depending on the game settings.

    The Xbox Game Bar is embedded in the OS, meaning it cannot be uninstalled. The two Xbox Apps (Xbox & Xbox Console Companion) can be uninstalled if you have them on your laptop.
