How to remove my xbox live account I want to add another user to my email

How was said above Xbox Live Services are down and affecting login. But some users said that worked one workaround. If you dont want to wait, the workaround is removing your account from your console and re add it again. But notice that this workaround worked
with some other users but doesnt mean that will work with all.

Unfortunately there is not anyway to do this once content is purchased on an account it is permanently attached to that account.

If you are wanting to change the email address associated with the account you can but it can not be an email that is already attached to another MS account. Here is a support link on how to change the email address associated with a MS account.

Keep in mind since you said that your current email is an outlook account if you do add another alias to your account and then remove the outlook account that outlook email will be GONE FOREVER and not be able to get it back so if you still want to use that
outlook email DO NOT remove it from your account. You can still add another email to the account as an alias and use it to sign in with and keep the outlook email on there at the same time but IF you REMOVE the outlook email from the account again it will
be GONE FOREVER.

The only way to "transfer" your Xbox account (which is a Microsoft account too) to another email is to add an alias (a new email address) to this Xbox account and then set it as the primary email address of the account.

You can't add an alias that is from another Microsoft Account, so if you have a Outlook email address and want to use it as your Xbox account Email address, you'll need to delete it, wait 60 days for it to be completely removed from Microsoft database and then add it as an alias to your current Xbox/Microsoft account (creating it on the alias page).
