How to remove community content restrictions.

I know there are content restrictions - limiting what they can play, as well as purchase and screen time restrictions but I'm not finding any options to restricting content removal or download items from the ready to install list from a console. Closest
removal restriction is the confirmation question asked before something is deleted.

I can see that you have concerns about your gamertag being changed. The most likely reason is that Xbox community standards have been violated.

Inappropriate content

Since Xbox content must be appropriate for all audiences, sometimes we remove content to protect our customers. Depending on the type of content violation, this can result in our restricting certain features for the profile that created or shared the content. Temporary suspensions can include:

• Blocks on the ability to upload game clips and screenshots
  
• Restrictions on uploading or sharing Kinect content
  
• Removal of inappropriate content from Xbox
  
• Automatic assignment of a new gamertag
  
• Limits on the ability to share Xbox content on other social networks
  
• Removal of the ability to edit your Xbox profile or clubs

What is the point of your remark? You link states: " This is known as “granting a permanent exception”. The restriction that was blocking the child account from accessing the restricted content is removed permanently. A permanent content exception cannot
be revoked." which is teh reason of my first post....

The issue is now gone. What seemed to be the problem was that when I got my phone my dad put content restrictions for mobile but after upgrading to the latest Xbox one experience the content restrictions transferred over to the Xbox one so I removed myself
from the family and all content is now unrestricted.
