How to Remove an Account From a Non-Working Xbox?

It could be that your profile may have become corrupted.

Try remove your account from the console and redownload your account from Live.

And not everyrhing that can remove you from the program is an enforcement action

This includes non enforcement actions that don't qualify for suspension

This is why you msg or email the ambassador program via their email or pm your community leader for more details

I dunno what removed you but im ust telling you there is more then just enforcement actions that can cause a removal

On your console or email you would've received a email

And you can only appeal via the email.also

You can only get details from the community leader or the stated email

Also check your spam folder

If you use a non Ms email you need to check your ms account which is created when you signed up for Xbox live with your non outlook email

You would have to sign into outlook.com with your email and password combo from your Xbox account

If blocking them isn't working, then try removing your profile from the console, then redownload it. That might help with your issue. Instructions on how to remove the profile, and redownload is here

How was said above Xbox Live Services are down and affecting login. But some users said that worked one workaround. If you dont want to wait, the workaround is removing your account from your console and re add it again. But notice that this workaround worked
with some other users but doesnt mean that will work with all.
