how to remove a free trail of a game

I would remove the game completely and any backup files that maybe linked to the gamer tag.

Go ahead and delete the game completely, then turn off and unplug the console for 1 minute. After that, pop in your disc and see if it'll let you play normally.

The free trail only comes with new consoles. Sometimes they have specials like try for 1.00 but the free trails come with games or consoles. Its not in the store.
