How to reinstall Xbox Game Bar? It is not on the Microsoft Store anymore.

Try to reinstall the game bar with these commands

Open up the Power Shell window and run it with administrator permission

Once you are in the power shell window execute the below command

''get-AppxPackage *xbox* | Remove-AppxPackage''

''get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay* | remove-appxpackage''

Then look for Game Bar in the Microsoft Store and reinstall.

Thanks for your reply! Have you already uninstalled and reinstalled the Game Bar from the Microsoft Store?

I did all of that and after that i i set [ Xbox Game Bar ] to ON again and noting happened still the same issue

i even try those commands to uninstall xbox game bar and reinstall it :

1. Get-AppxPackage Xbox | Remove-AppxPackage

2. Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage

after that i did reinstall it from Microsoft store but that didn't fix the problem

Resetting the console should bring it back. You will need your email and password to log back in, so make sure you remember those details first before you reset the console. Instructions how to reset console can be found here https://support.xbox.com/en-IE/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults make sure you choose keep games and apps installed as well, when you reset the console.

I have the same problem here but everytime I cancel the download on Xbox and Microsoft Store and start it again the error still comes back and i have no clue how to fix it.

Anymore advice on how to get it working without uninstalling and reinstalling would be great!
