How to refund money for Xbox cloud subscription ?

Hello.

The problem is that I bought xbox cloud game ultimate subscription, but I couldn't know that it's possible to play ONLY having a game controller, i.e. I can't play with just keyboard and mouse.

That's awful and not for me.
So I want to cancel the subscription and return my money.

I have tried to request the refunding, but this option is unavailable. I see my xbox subscription in the Microsoft account, but exactly refund requesting page doesn't show my subscription.

How to return my money ?
