How to Refund Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection

If you purchased the Minecraft for Windows Starter Collection (which is not compatible with console), you would need to ask for a refund of it and then purchase the right version for the console.

Are you sure you have purchased the correct version of Minecraft. The Xbox One version can also be bought from the Microsoft Store on Windows 10 too.
