    How to refund gifted games?


    Last night I gifted my friend the new wwe game before I went to sleep. After waking up a couple minutes ago and getting on the game he informed me that he already bought the game and already had it.So I’m wondering if I can refund the gift or is my money lost?

    No as they are one-time.use

    As per the terms of the gift once redeemed it can't be refunded

    Gifts can only be refund if it hasn't been redeemed

    If any of those conditions are met.you cannot refund it

    The refund policy otherwise only apply for Purchased games not gifted games under 14 days or 2hours of gameplay

    Gift games.conditions are unused or Same region as the gifter that's it

    This is the same with any giftcard

    I would recommend waiting for the email from the refund team before re-purchasing the game as a gift. When purchasing the game as a gift you will see the "Buy as a gift" option.
