How to reduce 100% packet loss?

I’ve had 100% packet loss for 3 days now, I’ve tried resetting my modem/router and it did nothing. Tried hard resetting my Xbox and it did nothing. Tried changing dns servers and it did nothing. I can’t stay in a game for more than 5 minutes without disconnecting completely or teleporting like crazy. I didn’t have this issue a week ago, so I’m wondering what changed?

My download speed (178mbps) and upload speeds (30mbps) are fine, latency averaging 40-60 which isn’t horrible but I’m stuck at 100% packet loss no matter what I do. I’m not tech savvy at all so I have no clue what’s going on or how to fix it. I tried using hotspot as well and it’s the same.

    :)

Is it possible to get packet loss that exceeds 100%?

100% packet loss is the maximum that is possible. However, occasionally it is possible that there may be a bug causing the packet loss to appear more than 100%, but this is uncommon. The maximum is 100%.
