    Hey ..... i have these problems too... anyone knows how to help? my friend requests remain pending yet they see me as online and see my games i play.... also too i've bought xbox live gold cards to redeem and they dont seem to redeem, please help :/

    Xbox one error can't fix!!!

    My xbox one won't let me purchase Xbox live gold or season passes it just says there is an error. So I went to the store and bought 3 months worth of Xbox live gold to redeem the code which I put in and the same error came up. I've tried to redeem it on
    the Xbox website and the same happened and I've also tried signingl into a different Xbox to try it but with the same result. I don't know what to do?
