How to redeem something I lost?

Hello, I bought Minecraft Java Edition a long time ago, I redeemed the code to play the version of Windows10, however, I had to delete the account where the game was redeemed, now that I created a new account I can not use the code to redeem again, does
anyone have advice?

Hi Frasso,

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sadly, if you have already redeemed the code to one account (which has since been deleted) and now have a new account, then you would need to
repurchase the game. There is no way to transfer purchases/games/codes/etc between accounts currently.

Sorry kinda on same topic i recently sold aa copy of tomb raider code on ebay and the guy has used it but he aays he hasnt is there anyway of find info out as in where there code was used i.e. ip address or area or gamer tag or email ordate and time to
prove he has used the code to paypal or even court not sure on the route yet any help would be great thanks

Yeah, codes that redeem games are only 1 time uses in most cases so you will need another code. Sorry!

Well can i get something in the way of compensation ? A voucher or redeemable code ? This was not my fault and is due to my xbox not being able to sync my normal data properly, I have lost all my trucks, nearly 400 hours gameplay, 2 million plus in game currency ! It wouldn't be so bad if i could get a redeemable code for snowrunner year 2, as at least i would have something to play again, you can check all of my achievements to see everything ive lost. Thank you.

i recently got a cod elite 1 year card and redeemed it and tried to get on elite and it said i wasnt old enough (im17) and i basically lost 50 dollars. something needs to be fixed about this!
