How to redeem my nitro/ea gift code links on PC? (xbox beta app / companion app)

I've been jumping from support technician to support technician. With things being told "Wait 24-72 hours", "We don't have the codes, we will send it in 24 hours", et cetra. About 3 days ago I've been told that it would only take 8 hours, and that she was
getting the codes from the interior team. That didn't help, I still haven't received it. 2 days ago I contacted another one and he/she told me it will come on the xbox app update on the 5th (today). He/She told me that the functionality is finally coming.
I was happy, updated the app, and still zilch. I was told this morning to give it a few hours, and then got a follow-up email saying;

" I've receive an update from our Internal team. From what I've gathered you should be able to claim your codes in the Xbox (Beta) app on Windows 10, or in the Xbox Console Companion App for iOS or Android.
I'll leave your case now and tag it as resolved. Hope you have a great holidays!"

Finally here, huh? No. I couldn't find it anywhere in the app, checked every corner I could, and also tried in the companion app. I contacted support once again to find out how
you would do it on the PC app, and this time I got told it would take a week. It's been 8 days since I got the ultimate gamepass and after being told multiple times to wait a few hours, I don't really have the patience to wait a week, only to find out it's
still not there.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If you do not own an Xbox One console, then you should receive the URL's to redeem the offers via Xbox Live messages on the Xbox (Beta) app for Windows 10 or the Xbox Console Companion app (Windows 10 or mobile)
sometime this week (first week of December). If you do not want to wait, you can request a call from support to see what they can do for you.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

There is nothing that we can do regarding this promotion on the forums so you will either have to contact Xbox Customer Support for help or wait until next week to receive it via Xbox Live messages.

Well for one you cant redeem a discord code on a xbox its only a pc or mobile app

The problem actually is, i can't redeem the Discord Nitro because it gets a ''Unknown Gift Code'' error (it's the code i got from the xbox), (trying on pc).

If you're on the Xbox One then please launch the Game Pass app and look for the Redeem Reward banner.

If you're on the PC then keep an eye on your notifications in the Xbox Companion App or the Beta App for info on redeeming the codes
